We offer a full line of copying services to ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ and Wellstar MCG Health users and authorized state agencies. We are equipped to handle a wide range of black & white and full color printing and copy needs.

 

Our Services Include:

Electronic Job Submission

We have the ability to produce your job from concept to completion including layout, design, and typesetting. We also offer electronic file submission for your printing jobs using the following software:

• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe PDF
• Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

You may submit your job electronically to copycenter@augusta.edu. 

Please make sure your email includes your IDR form - complete with your payment information (CFC/Cost Center/Banner #/Wellstar PO #), contact information, and print request details. 

If you have a job jacket number, a sample of your file, or a print ready file, please share that in the same email.  

Depending upon your request, our usual processing times for prints vary from 3-7 business days, and 15-20 business days for business cards. 

If your matter is urgent, please mark your email with High Importance or call our office at (706) 721-3575.

If you are paying for a personal order with cash or check, these print jobs will have a 9% state sales tax applied to them. 

Please note that at this time we do not accept credit, debit or Jag card as a form of payment.

We do offer free pickup and delivery service to departments, please indicate the delivery location on your IDR form.
Personal orders are picked up and paid for at our office location. 

Proofs

It is important that you read very carefully each proof that is provided to you from Printing Services. This includes jobs that you submit electronically. Please note, there may be additional charges for design changes or excessive copy changes. Design rates are billed at $50.00 per/hour, with a minimum of $15.00.

Copier Management

Copy and Print Services is pleased to offer a departmental copier management program. Copy and Print Services has negotiated special pricing for departmental copiers through Pollock Company. We have a wide range of models including color copiers to choose from. All systems are network ready for printing and scanning at no additional charge. Generally, the departmental copier management program offers better equipment at a lower cost for departments. Machines are leased for a 60-month (5-year) term, with replacement machines available upon renewal of the lease agreement.

The departmental copier program also features PaperCut Print Management software that can offer tools to help improve security, control cost and reduce the environmental impact of printing.
