This health center provides comprehensive patient-centered care by addressing patients鈥 physical and mental health care needs. The healthcare team provides comprehensive primary care, prevention and wellness, behavioral health, dental, and vision services for the entire family (to include family medicine, pediatrics and women鈥檚 health), along with school 鈥 based health, mobile health, laboratory, telehealth, and pharmacy services. Valley Healthcare System鈥檚 interprofessional comprehensive primary care clinical settings provide opportunities for MCG students to experience and participate in the delivery of care to underserved communities and populations, and quality initiatives to assess and improve health outcomes.
As an MCG FQHC/CHC Educational Affiliate, this FQHC provides required student educational opportunities under the guidance of physician members of their staff who also serve as MCG Community Clinical Faculty members.
