Primary Healthcare Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with multiple office locations serving the Northwest Georgia counties of Catoosa, Walker, Dade, and Chattooga.

Multiple integrated health care services are provided across this FQHC鈥橲 north Georgia counties service area including in rural locations and school-based health care centers.
Primary Healthcare Centers services consist of comprehensive primary care services that include family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, integrated behavioral health, woman鈥檚 health, school health, and spiritual care provided by physicians in collaboration with advanced nurse practitioner providers all with a family medicine focus.
Primary Healthcare Centers also provide laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, telehealth, employee health, and community outreach services. The team of family physicians, internist, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals provide care for patients of all ages鈥攆rom children and teens to adults and seniors.

Unique Educational Experiences
Primary Healthcare Center鈥檚 clinical platforms will provide multiple learning opportunities for a variety of required and elective clinical experiences for students as a Medical College of Georgia (MCG) FQHC Educational Affiliate. These learning opportunities will be supervised by members of the FQHC鈥檚 physician staff who hold MCG Community Clinical Faculty appointments and facilitated by others in the interprofessional team of clinical providers.
