External Events

Ensuring a perfect event means knowing exactly what to expect. An external event is an event that is sponsored by an individual or organization not affiliated with 桃色视频 University and will host external participants (non-桃色视频 students, faculty, and staff).

  • External event organizers must complete the 桃色视频 Event Request Form for review and approval by the 桃色视频 Event Committee.
  • This request must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event, as Legal requires 45 days to process contracts.
